ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct second respondent to give police protection to the petitioner and his family members by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.06.2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the said complaint the second respondent treated the complaint in C.No.2-867-8723-S3-G1-2013 and enquiry is pending.

3. Considering the above submission, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to produce all the civil Court judgments on the enquiry before the second respondent.
