Respondent(s) PRAYER Writ petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent 4 and 5 to take action of the petitioners representation dated 13.02.2025 submitted with regard to survey the Petitioners purchased the house site land comprised in Survey 191/5 part, Natham Re- Survey No.398/ 73, an total extent of 0.01.09 Sq., ft., vide Patta No. 576, in Indira Nagar, Thattapalli village, Gobichettipalayam Taluk, Erode District, through registered sale deed dated 26.12.2024 in Document No.8530/ 2024, at SRO , Sathymangalam, land by meets and bounds, by making proper sub division and pass orders.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 4 th respondent to act upon the on-line application dated 13.02.2025 wherein the petitioner is seeking for survey and for demarcation of boundaries. 2.

Heard Mr.V.Logeswaran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.R.Gokul Krishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader for Respondents 1 to 5.

The petitioner is relying upon the sale deed dated 26.12.2024 registered as document No.8530 of 2024. The petitioner is also placing reliance upon the patta that stands in the name of the petitioner's father in Patta No.576. The petitioner submitted an on-line application on 13.02.2025 and also paid the necessary charges seeking for survey of the property. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 4 th respondent to act upon the on-line application submitted by the petitioner on 13.02.2025 and conduct the survey in the subject property and demarcate the boundaries, based on the title document and the patta relied upon by the petitioner. If there are any rival claimants, the survey shall be conducted in their presence. This process shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
