ORDER
These Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 249 days in filing the above CMA.SR.Nos.48876,48874,48875,48876 & 48872 of 2025
2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant(s) and learned 1\4
Government Advocate appearing for the respondent(s) and perused the material available in the record.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent(s) raised objections.
4. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions and the submissions made by the learned counsels, on both sides, this Court is inclined to condone the delay, subject to costs.
5. The petitioner / appellant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- ( in each petitions ) x 5 = 5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) to the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent(s), within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such payment, the delay of 249 days in filing the above CMA.SR.Nos.48876,48874,48875,48876 & 48872 of 2025, stands condoned.
