The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is to forbear the respondents from publishing the selection list relating to promotion to the post of Asst.Engineer (Electrical), without including the name of the petitioners for promotion as Asst.Engineer (Electrical).

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the names of the writ petitioners have been included in the Selection List.

3.Thus, the grievances raised in this writ petition were redressed and no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
