O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to modify the order dated 18.03.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.5888 of 2020 to the effect that the petitioner may be permitted to offer two Government sureties worth about Rs.25,00,000/- each instead of depositing of the original documents of immovable property.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit though he has asked for modification of condition, now he is not pressing for the same. However, he would submit that time for complying with the order dated 18.03.2020 may be extended for a further period of three weeks.

3. Considering the submissions so made by the counsel for the petitioner, time granted by this Court by an order dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

18.03.2020 directing the petitioner to deposit a original title deed/document of immovable property worth about Rs.50lakhs either belonging to him/or his relatives to the credit of Cr.No.6 of 2019, is extended for a further period of three weeks from today.The other condition imposed by the trial Court shall stand as it is.

4. Registry is directed to upload a copy of this order on or before 13.08.2020.
