O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for Mandamus directing the second respondent to release original sale deed registered as Doc. No. 6 /2019 dated 02.01.2019 on the file of the second respondent. 2.Mr.P.P.Purushothaman, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.

3.It is stated that though the document namely, sale deed was registered by the second respondent as early as 02.01.2019 he has not released the same so far to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Government Advocate, who took notice for the respondents based on the instructions submitted that inspection of the property is to be conducted and the same will be completed within a period of two(2) weeks and the subject matter of the document will be released to the petitioner, based on the result of such inspection.

5.The above statement made by the learned Government Advocate is recorded. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to complete the inspection within a period of two(2) weeks from today and pass appropriate orders thereafter. No costs.
