By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner would submit that in the year 1964, the Government of Tamil Nadu had issued house site pattas to Adi Dravidar people, which include the father of the petitioner in S.No.95/7B, Madam Village, Vandhavasi Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District and also earmarked the portion for playground. The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that the third respondent is making attempts to construct "Free Green House" by getting funds from the local body and in this regard, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 12.06.2015 requesting the first and second respondents not to put up "Free Green House" in the playground and since no response is forthcoming, he came forward to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
file this writ petition.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Subbiah, the learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2.
4. This Court, without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner in this writ petition as well as in his representation, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12.06.2015 in accordance with law, after putting on notice the third respondent and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner as well as to the third respondent.
