Respondents PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to direct the Subordinate Judge, Poonamalle, to take up L.A.O.P.No.49 of 2015 for final hearing after the commencement of physical hearing of the Court.

O R D E R

The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that L.A.O.P.No.49 of 2015 and etc., batch can be taken for final hearing after commencement of physical hearing of the Courts.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents would also submit that considering the age of the claimants, the cases should be disposed of immediately after commencement of physical hearing of the Courts.

3. Accordingly, a direction is given to the Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee, to take up L.A.O.P.No.49 of 2015 and etc., batch for final hearing after commencement of physical hearing of the Courts.

In the above lines, the Civil Revision Petition is ordered. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
