ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5481 of 2020 order dated 20.03.2020, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
