Though this matter was listed earlier on 25.03.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this petition was directed to be listed under the caption "For Dismissal" on 27.03.2024. Thereafter, when the matter was listed on 30.04.2024, the learned counsel for the petitioner requested for adjournment and this matter was adjourned on 20.06.2024. Again, when the matter was called on 20.06.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner. In order to give an opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was adjourned to 27.06.2024 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, inspite of the matter being listed under the caption "For Dismissal", there is no representation for the petitioner either in the pre-lunch or post-lunch session. In such circumstances, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss this writ petition for non-prosecution.

2. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
