This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 30.04.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, petition enquiry is pending on the petitioner's complaint dated 30.04.2015.

4. Hence, the respondent Police is directed to take action in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
