ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to restore the patta in the name of the petitioner based on the information received from the petitioner from the information commission dated 11.11.2024.

2.When the matter came up for hearing on 17.4.2025, this Court directed the learned Additional Government Pleader to take instructions. 3.When the matter was take up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions received from the 2nd respondent submitted that necessary proceedings will be issued and the patta will be restored in the name of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks.

4.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 2 / 4
