Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the Impugned Letter dated 29.09.2014 signed on 30.09.2014 bearing No.R.C.No.9206/ONa-1/ 2011-1 suspending the petitioner from service and consequential order dated 29.09.2014 signed on 30.09.2014 bearing R.C.No.9206/ONa-1/2011-2 on the file of the third respondent and quash the same and consequently directing the respondent to permit the petitioner to retire from service with full monetary benefits on his date of superannuation on 30.09.2014 afternoon with the subsequent pension benefit pending the proceedings under Rule 17(b) of the Tamil Nadu Civil Services (Disciplinary & Appeal) Rules against the petitioner.
