ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in in Crl.O.P No. 10524 of 2020 on 21.07.2020 to report before the D.Nagar Police Station, Pondicherry, daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.00 p.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both counsel.

3. The condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall stay at Tanjore and report before the Tanjore Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
