This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6037 of 2023 dated 21.03.2023 that the petitioners shall stay at Dindigul and report before the Inspector of Police, Dindigul Town Police Station every day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have not been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners 3, 5 & 6 are students and due to semester exam, they could not able to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6037 of 2023 dated 21.03.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioners 3, 5 & 6 shall report before the respondent police every Saturday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders and as far as the petitioners 1, 2, 4 & 7 are concerned, this modification petition stand dismissed.
