Petition No.36 to 38/2012 dated 20.09.2012 and grant such other relief.

Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ of Mandamus, to call for the records from the 2nd respondent in G.O.Ms.NO.75 Rev [Ser1] department dated 10.02.2016, quash the same and directing the respondents 1 to 4 and place the petitioner above the 5th respondent.

For Petitioner : M/S.D.Malarvizhi For Respondents: Mr.P.Chinnadurai, AGP COMMON ORDER As the issue involved in all the writ petitions revolve around a particular matter, they are disposed of by this common order.

2. On instructions from the client, who was personally available with the learned counsel throughout the Virtual Court proceedings, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner place her submissions before the Court.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though the petitioner filed these petitions challenging G.O.Ms.No.75 dated 10.02.2016, which relates to the drawl of temporary list for the year 2015-16 for the post of Deputy Collector for recruitment by transfer, since the petitioner was not in the feeder category, in view of the punishment imposed by the Original Authority, the appeals also pending before the Commissioner of Revenue of Administration, the prayer made in these writ petitions have become infructuous. Accordingly she prays that these writ petitions may be closed.

4. In view of the submission as made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, recording the above said submission, these petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. However liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law, after disposal of the Appeal.
