Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 2nd respondent pertains to the impugned order bearing reference Na.Ka.No.73/SDOJ/Mugaam/2016, dated 23.08.2016 and quash the same, as illegal ultra vires and direct the respondents permit the petitioner (sugar cane producer) to conduct peaceful procession from Sethiyathope Theepayntha Nachiyar Temple to Sethiyathope MRK co-operative sugar Mill on 30.08.2016.

The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner (sugar cane producer) to conduct peaceful procession from Sethiyathope Theepayntha Nachiyar Temple to Sethiyathope MRK co-operative sugar Mill on 30.08.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. It seems that the permission for the date on which the procession organized to be held is already over as such the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
