ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 6.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.360 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30146 of 2024 dated 24.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30146 of 2024 dated 12.12.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.360 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30146 of 2024 dated 24.01.2025 is relaxed.
