The petitioner seeks issuance of succession certificate in respect of the securities that stood in the name of K.R.Selvam, who died on 17.12.1997.

2. The petitioner is the wife of the deceased, respondents are sons and mother of the deceased. The petitioner has been examined as P.W.1. She has filed a proof affidavit apart from filing the death certificate of K.R.Selvam as Ex.P1 and the legal heirship certificate as Ex.P2. The consent affidavits of the respondents 1, 2 and 3 have been marked as Exs.P10, P11 and P12 respectively. A perusal of the legal heirship certificate would show that the petitioner and respondents alone are the legal heirs of the deceased K.R.Selvam.

3. Considering the evidence available, this original petition is allowed granting succession certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition in favour of the petitioner. 26.07.2019 kkn http://www.judis.nic.in
