This writ petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent in connection with the order of suspension issued to the petitioner under Ref.

No.RO/PAD/6/2017-18 dated 02.08.2019 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner with full wages during the period of suspension effecting from 02.08.2019 with all attendant benefits. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. According to the petitioner, the impugned suspension order dated 02.08.2019 passed by the 2nd respondent has been revoked by the order dated 28.10.2020. Subsequently, the final order has been passed. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
