The petitioner registered his name in the Villupuram District Employment Exchange with ITI Educational Qualification on 30.06.2006. The respondent Corporation sent interview card to the petitioner on 22.11.2014 and subsequently, the petitioner appeared in the interview for the post of Junior Trade Man under intercaste marriage quota. According to petitioner, though under the said quota, the petitioner is the only eligible person to be appointed as Junior Trade Man, he is not appointed so far. The respondent has appointed 129 candidates out of 132 vacant posts. In this regard, the petitioner has sent a representation dated 28.01.2015 to the respondent. Since no response is forthcoming, the present Writ Petition is filed.

Mr.P.Kannan Kumar, learned Counsel takes notice for the respondent Corporation.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner would now submit that the petitioner would be satisfied, if his representation dated 28.01.2015 is considered and disposed of by the respondent.

In view of the limited prayer made, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.01.2015 and pass orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
