ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to file the final report within time frame in Crime No.832 of 2021 dated 26.10.2021 on the file of the third respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the third respondent has registered a case in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the Crime No.832 of 2021 on 26.10.2021, no final report is filed till date.

3. Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the third respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of six months.

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

5. In view of the above, the third respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
