ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st Respondent to transfer the investigation in the FIR in Crime No.117 of 2022 dated 07.04.2022, pending on the file of the 2nd respondent to any other agency like CCB or CB CID.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, investigation in this case is completed and final report would be filed within a period of two weeks.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that investigation in this case is completed and final report would be filed within a period of two weeks, this Court is of the view that, it is not necessary to order transfer of investigation to CCB or CB-CID.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed. 19.04.2023 Sma 2/4
