By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner claims to be the organizer of temple festival of Mariamman Koil, situate at No.4, 1/94, Mallankuppam, Ambalur Post, Vaniyambadi, Natrampalli Taluk, Vellore District635801 and while conducting temple festival, song and dance programme is scheduled to be performed on 16.07.2015 and in this regard, submitted a representation dated 07.07.2015 to the respondent seeking permission and since, he has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in the event of permission being granted, there will not be any law and order problem and obscenity and vulgarity will not be there and hence, prays for appropriate orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Heard the submissions of Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice for the respondent.

5. This Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's representation dated 07.07.2015, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 07.07.2015 and pass orders in accordance with law on or before 14.07.2015 and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
