2.This application is filed to grant extention of time granted to the petitioner by this Hon'ble Court for return of passport by order dated 24.01.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.1142 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.24899 of 2018.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and time is extended to the petitioner to surrender the passport on or before 07.06.2019 as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
