ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in 6(b) that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in anticipatory bail order Page No.1 of 4

granted to the petitioner on 20.02.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.4411 of 2025 in Crime No.316 of 2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.+

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4411 of 2025 dated 20.02.2025 is relaxed.
