The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.1060 of 2013 on the file of the respondent to any other investigating agency.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. This Court, under orders dated 16.02.2016, has called for report from the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Coimbatore. In his report dated 26.02.2016, the Judicial Magistrate has stated that the respondent police has already filed charge sheet in Crime No.1060 of 2013 on 22.09.2015 and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.238 of 2015 on 25.09.2015.
