This Petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri, in Crl.O.P.No.5010 of 2023 dated 09.03.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri, as directed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed. No further extension will be granted to the petitioner.
