ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to direct the Additional District Judge, Tiruvannamalai to dispose the suit in OS No.286 of 2023 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that 1st petitioner is aged about 77 years, who filed suit for the relief of declaration by narrating various circumstances under which she was defrauded by the defendant. Therefore, she come forward with suit for the relief of declaration against the defendants. The defendants also filed written statement and the case is posted for framing of issues. However, the Trial court has failed to frame issues nor conducting trial expeditiously.

2.1. Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Since the 1st petitioner is aged about 77 years, the Trial court is directed to frame issues within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter complete the Trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
