(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for parties, it appears that there is a dispute between the petitioner on one hand and respondent no.7 on the other hand. The representation of the petitioner dated 08.06.2015 be, thus, disposed of by the second and fourth respondents, after notice to all concerned including respondent no.7 within a maximum period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of this order. Needless to say, an inspection should be made of the site within a maximum period of one (1) month from the date of receipt of this order. 2.Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2015 is closed.
