ORDER
This Criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to lift the lookout notice issued by them to the immigration authorities in Crime No.421 of 2014 dated 10.10.2014.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. It is seen that this petitioner is 3rd accused in X-Crime No.421 of 2015. The allegation in the FIR is that the petitioner's parents had entered into a sale agreement with the defactocomplainant and received money and thereafter, they neither returned the money or executed the sale deed. In connection with X-Cr.No.421 of 2015, the parents of the petitioner were arrested and released on bail. During the pendency of the investigation, the respondent police had issued look out notice for apprehending this petitioner. This petitioner was arrested on 06.02.2015 and he was released on bail in Crl.M.P.No.1147 of 2015 on 19.03.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Under such circumstances, there is no necessity to keep the Look Out Notice pending and the respondent police is directed to immediately take steps to recall the Look Out Notice. In view of the above, the criminal original petition is closed.
