This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the second respondent dated 19.04.2021 thereby appointed the Secretary to the fifth respondent college.

It is seen that this Court in the civil revision petition in CRP.(PD).(MD)Nos.1951 and 1962 of 2021, already appointed Administrator.

Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
