In the impugned order, it had been stated that proposal had not been given for upgradation or liquidation of the loan account by the petitioner. This Court gave an option requesting https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the learned counsel for the petitioner to give a fresh proposal. However, it is stated that the proposal had been given on 05.01.2018. The respondent/Bank is directed to pass any order either accepting or rejecting the proposal already given on 05.01.2018. Such order by the respondent is to be passed on or before 31.05.2018. A copy of this order is to be forwarded to the respondent by the petitioner on or before 22.05.2018. If, the petitioner is aggrieved by any order passed by the respondent, liberty is given to the petitioner to come to the Court again by way of appropriate proceedings.

2. With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
