This petition has been filed by the petitioner/appellant to set aside the order of dismissal dated 09.11.2020 passed by this Court in C.M.A No.1165 of 2011 and restore the same.

2. No representation for the 2nd respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 3 have no objection in allowing this petition.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and consequently, the appeal is restored.
