Prayer:- This Second Appeal has been filed under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code against the judgment and decree dated 29.12.2008 made in A.S.No.118 of 2007 on the file of the II Additional Sub-Court, Erode, confirming the judgment and decree dated 29.06.2007 made in O.S.No.184 of 2005 on the file of the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Perundurai. The learned counsel for the appellants seek permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal and he has also made an endorsement which reads as follows:

"As per letter dated 24.07.2015, the appellant has instructed me to withdraw this appeal since he had sold the property to the respondents.

Hence, this appeal may be dismissed as not pressed".
