O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 13.07.2015.

2. It is seen that the petitioner lodged a complaint before the respondent police against one Sugirntha Raj and Rajendran. It is alleged that the said Sugirntha Raj and Rajendran received petitioner's share of compensation from the Tahsildar in respect of land acquisition proceedings. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint on 13.07.2015 against them https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

stating that they had forged documents and cheated the Government and thus received the petitioner's share. But, till date, the respondent police has not registered his complaint. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that already FIR has been registered in Crime No.161 of 2015 for offences under Section 406, 419, 465 IPC on 01.11.2015 by the Sub Inspector of Police, F-5, Pathirivedu Police Station, Tiruvallur District and also submitted a copy of the FIR.

4. Recording the above, nothing survives in this petition and this petition stands closed.
