This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register an FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.08.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.
3. It is seen that this petitioner has lodged a complaint to the Superintendent of Police, Nagapattinam, alleging that the opposite party had taken huge amount of money from the petitioner on the promise of investing in LIC but not giving the necessary bond.
4. Under such circumstances, this petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint in person before the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Nagapattinam and on such complaint being https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
