This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register an FIR pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner dated 29.01.2015 lodged before the 1st respondent bearing No.17/CSR/W2 AWPS/15 on the file of the respondents and to take further criminal action in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.17 of 2015 before the first respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
