O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to register the complaint and investigate the matter in accordance with law on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner to the respondents on 30.08.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 30.08.2015 by post to the respondents. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint to the second Respondent and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014)2SCC 1.
