Business, Chennai, second respondent herein as also the consequential proceedings, quash the same and direct the respondents herein to allow the petitioner to continue as Agricultural Officer (Agri.Business) at Coimbatore with all consequential service and monetary benefits any withheld due to the impugned order of transfer.
