This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the official respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the counter party, the respondent police have issued two C.S.Rs. and conducted a detailed enquiry and on finding that the dispute is civil in nature, they had closed the complaint.

4. The submissions of the learned counsel for the Government Advocate (Crl.Side) is recorded. It is made clear now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
