This petition has been filed to relax the condition the petitioner shall stay at Coimbatore and report before the Coimbatore Town Police Station, Page No.1 of 4

every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court dated 25.02.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.4745 of 2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4745 of 2025 dated 25.02.2025 is relaxed.
