O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The State Government has issued an order in G.O. (Ms.) No.149, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (TP.II) Department, dated 20.10.2015 and it is conceded, as a consequence thereof, that the present petition does not survive, though learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may take independent proceedings to assail the said G.O., for which liberty may be granted.

2.Writ Petition, thus, stands disposed of as infructuous, but with liberty to the petitioner to assail the G.O. dated 20.10.2015 in accordance with law, if so advised. No costs. -s/d- Assistant Registrar True Copy Sub-Assistant Registrar
