ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.S.Ramesh J.) The limited prayer sought for by the petitioner is to consider his representation dated 17.03.2025, wherein she has made certain allegations against the respondents 8 and 9 herein.
2. On a perusal of the representation, there is not even a remote indication of any role that the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry may have. Merely impleading the Bar Council as a party will not confer jurisdiction upon this Court to entertain the Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed as not maintainable.
3. At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for
respondents 5 to 7 submitted that a similar complaint has been given to the sixth respondent, based on which an F.I.R in Cr.No.11 of 2025 has been registered against the respondents 8 and 9 herein and the same is pending investigation. He also submitted that the investigation has been transferred to All Women Police Station, Krishnagiri. The statement is hereby recorded.
4. In the light of the above observations, this Writ Petitions stands dismissed. No Costs.
