This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's company to erect transmission tower at door No.189, Emagiri Homes, Punukan Thotti Village, Hosur, Krishnagiri District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It appears that the petitioner is putting up transmission tower in the leased out land, which is being objected by some neighbours. Taking into consideration the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

nature of the allegation, the respondent Police is directed to look into the nature of the petition and give police protection as sought for by the petitioner.
