When the writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that compensation amount has been paid vide cheque No.157893 dated 24.06.2024 for a sum of Rs.2,19,616/-. A copy of the same is produced before this court for its perusal. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the above fact.

2. As the compensation has already been paid, no further order requires in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
