ORDER

WMP.No.11657 of 2023 has been filed to permit the petitioners to file the writ petition jointly is allowed, subject to payment of separate sets of court-fee by the petitioners within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In default of compliance, the order passed in the writ petition shall be applicable only to the first petitioner.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to quash the notice of 4th respondent made in Computer No.134773 File No.Haj-15/ 28/ 2022-HajMoMA, dated 14.03.2023 and consequently, direct the 4th and 5th respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representations dated 31.03.2023, 01.04.2023, 02.04.2023 and 03.04.2023.

3. The case of the petitioners is that the petitioners made representations on 1.03.2023, 01.04.2023, 02.04.2023 and 03.04.2023 before the fourth respondent for grant of Haj Travel quota and the same was

not considered by the fourth respondent. Hence, the present writ petition is filed before this Court for appropriate directions. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that, it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioners' representations dated 1.03.2023, 01.04.2023, 02.04.2023 and 03.04.2023 and pass appropriate orders within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

5.The learned Senior Panel Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that, the petitioners' representations dated 1.03.2023, 01.04.2023, 02.04.2023 and 03.04.2023 would be considered and appropriate orders will be passed in accordance with regulations. 6.Recording the above submissions made by the learned Senior Panel Counsel, this writ petition is disposed of directing the fourth respondent to consider the petitioners' representations 1.03.2023, 01.04.2023, 02.04.2023 and 03.04.2023 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with the regulations, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous

petitions are closed.
