When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that when the petition enquiry was pending, the matter was referred to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras.

2. It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the dispute between the accused and the defacto complainant has been settled before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further order is necessary. Hence, the criminal original petition is dismissed.
