J U D G M E N T

It is brought to the notice of this court that the dispute between the parties to the appeal has been settled in the Lok Adalat organized by the Taluk Legal Services Committee, Mayiladuthurai, Nagapattinam District on 08.08.2015 in Lok Adalat Case No.150 of 2015. Therefore, the appellant wants to withdraw the second appeal. To that effect, he has filed a memorandum and has also made an endorsement in the second appeal. 2. In view of the contents of the memorandum and also an endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant in the second appeal, this second appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
