This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 14.11.2024 wherein the petitioner has sought for correction of the survey number mentioned in the patta as 2147/1A instead of 2144.

2. Heard Mr.B.Manikandan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.M.R.Gokulkrishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that there is a mistake in the survey number, which is sought to be corrected, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 14.11.2024 and pass necessary orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No 2/4

costs.
